Cloudberry Mobile announces carrier-neutral small cell grid

Norwegian operator Cloudberry Mobile said that it will be launching the world's first carrier-neutral small cell network, to resolve coverage blackspots and slow data speeds. Existing devices will simply roam onto the Cloudberry network when it provides the strongest signal. The company's first network is being deployed in Norway on the nationwide 2.6 GHz spectrum, providing a model that can be replicated in markets globally.
