Clubhouse close Series C funding round led by Andre Chen of Andreessen Horowitz

Audio-based social network Clubhouse said it has closed its Series C round of financing, with participation from DST Global, Tiger Global and Elad Gil and led by Andrew Chen of Andreessen Horowitz. The company did not disclose how much money it raised but reports put its valuation at USD 4 million in April, when talk came up the company was being eyed by Twitter.
