CM to acquire Service2Media

Messaging services provider CM announced that it has acquired Service2Media. The bankrupt developer provides customised mobile apps for businesses, including the Amsterdam football club Ajax. CM said it will ensure services to customers can resume, but could not yet say what the consequences will be for the employees of Service2Media in Enschede. The takeover is effectuated by CM's subsidiary OneSixty, an app company acquired in 2013.
