CM.com acquires chatbot company CX for EUR 16 million

CM.com announced the acquisition of the Netherlands-based chatbot developer CX Company for EUR 15.5 million, plus an eventual earn-out. The takeover is expected to contribute immediately to EBITDA, adding around EUR 6 million in annual sales and 50 employees.
