CM.com planning IPO for 11 Oct, in Amsterdam

CM.com, the company started as SMS provider ClubMessage, said it will be making its debut on the Amsterdam stock exchange on 11 October. Only new shares will be issued for the IPO. CM.com is looking for capital to be able to grow and also to pay EUR 21 million worth of debt, taken out for acquisitions.
