CM.com provide chatbot for Dutch festivals, to help prevent spread of coronavirus

Dutch messaging services provider CM.com has released a chatbot that will conduct health checks on festival visitors, for example. The chatbot also provides a safe option for ordering and paying food and drinks via mobile phone. The chatbot will be present at the De Tuin and Het Strand festivals this year in the Netherlands, to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
