Cofetel sets Telcel-Alestra interconnection fees

Mexican telecoms regulator Cofetel has settled a dispute on interconnection fees between America Movil's mobile unit Telcel, and fixed-line operator Alestra. Cofetel set the rate at MXN 0.3912 per minute. This rate has been set for the period between 1 January and 31 December 2011.
