Colombian operator Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogota (ETB), reported a net profit of COP 41.7 billion in 2018, overturning a COP 129.6 billion loss a year earlier and returning to growth after 4 years due above all to higher sales and its efficiency measures.
