Comarch boost customer support at networks operations centre

Polish business services provider Comarch has invested PLN 1 million in its Network Operations Centre to improve customer support. The 24-7 centre monitors all elements of the network, including customer premise equipment like PCs and servers, SAN, LAN/WAN networks and Oracle databases. In the event of any failure, the centre conducts a diagnosis of the problem and immediately contacts the equipment supplier or sends an engineer to the customer.
