Comcel launches HSPA+ network in Colombia

Colombian operator Comcel has launched its HSPA+ network. Customers will be able to access internet speeds of 21 MBPS for download and 5 Mbps for upload. Comcel's 4G services will initially be available in the Bogota capital, as well as the cities of Medellin, Cali, Barranquilla and Pereira, to be gradually expanded across the country.
