Commerce Commission clears NEP's purchase of OSB assets

New Zealand's Commerce Commission has granted clearance for NEP to purchase the assets of Outside Broadcasting Limited (OSB). The OSB team and members of the Sky sport production team will move across to NEP. The transaction involves the sale of six HD OB units and equipment and transfer of two OSB warehouse facilities.
