Commerce Commission consults on ways to address increasing telecom sector complaints

The Commerce Commission has launched consultation on what telecom operators could do better to address increasing complaints about the sector. The Commission also reports that, over the past year, the number of consumer complaints and enquiries to the industry dispute resolution scheme, the Telecommunications Disputes Resolution Scheme (TDRS), and the Commerce Commission, have increased.
