CommScope unveils new products for operators moving towards 10G

Thursday 8 October 2020 | 16:33 CET | News
CommScope has unveiled three new products aimed at helping operators move towards 10G, using Remote PHY (R-PHY) and MACPHY Distributed Access Architecture (DAA). The products can help customers in both traditional segmented and fibre-deep architectures. The original series of E6000n Remote PHY Devices (RPDs), the E6000n RD1322 RPD released last year, and the new E6000n RD2322 RxD, improve processing power by using the operators' installed base of fibre nodes. The new products build on these capabilities.
