ComReg confirms changes to non-geographic number ranges

Irish regulator ComReg has announced the introduction of two new measures to address the cost of calling five types of non-geographic numbers (NGNs) - 1800, 1850, 1890, 0818 and 076 numbers. This follows the publication of a consultation in August 2017 to review the five classes of NGNs.
