Congolese regulator arrests incoming call fraudsters

Congolese regulator Arpce and the national police have dismantled their fifth telecom traffic fraud network in Brazzaville, Agence Ecofin reports. The people arrested are accused of diverting incoming call traffic. Electronic equipment and many Sim cards were seized. The regulator said that with this operation it has once again met its objective of protecting investments of operators who are legally installed in Congo and thereby guarantees revenues to the state in the telecom sector.
