Congstar leaves some customers unable to use LTE services

Deutsche Telekom's discount brand Congstar has confirmed to teltarif.de that customers using its new tariffs can no longer access Deutsche Telekom's LTE network. Customers using the new tariffs launched in January cannot access the LTE network, and must instead access mobile internet via EDGA in the GSM network and HSPA in the UMTS network. Congstar said that the changes do not affect all customers, with those using older tariffs still able to use LTE mobile data services.
