Consumer association wins class action against UPC Austria

The Commercial Court in Vienna ruled that a clause in UPC Telekabel Wien's terms and conditions to charge a processing fee for a payment order is inadmissible. The Austrian Consumer Association (VKI) had launched a class action suit on behalf of the Ministry for Social Affairs.
