Consumer group asks Cnil to look at Happn data practices

French consumer rights association UFC-Que Choisir has lodged a complain with data protection agency Cnil over suspicions that French dating app company Happn transferred user data to third-party businesses, reports AFP. Happn co-founder Didier Rappaport denied the accusation in the pages of Challenges magazine. He said, "We transfer data to no one."
