Consumer magazine attacks Free for raising triple-play price

French consumer magazine 60 Millions de Consommateurs has criticised operator Free for increasing its triple play service price by EUR 5.99, to EUR 35.98 per month for the great majority of its customers who have fully unbundled services and choose the Livebox Revolution service. This allows the operator to continue listing its price as EUR 29.99 a month on its home page, with the all-inclusive price appearing later in the subscription process, and not very clearly at that. The magazine also found that Free has introduced new fees: EUR 39.99 to connect the service if the line is inactive
