Consumer spending on tech will hit USD 1.32 tln this year, USD 1.43 tln in 2022

Consumer spending on technology is expected to rise 3.5 percent this year to USD 1.32 trillion, and then reach USD 1.43 trillion in 2022, with an annual CAGR of 0.3 percent, according to the latest study from IDC. Consumer spending will go for a range of devices, from smartphones, tablets and PCs to drones, smart speakers and wearables.
