Convergint picks Siklu mmWave products for Statue of Liberty traffic off-load

Siklu Communications said that Convergint Technologies has selected its millimeter-wave (mmWave) wireless products to provide traffic offload from Liberty Island for the US National Park Service. The project was successfully deployed at the beginning of 2020. The Statue of Liberty's security is supported by a large network of video cameras, generating many megabits of traffic that require off-load to the mainland fibre network.
