Costa Rica helping low-income homes migrate to DTT

Costa Rica's government has launched a new plan to help low-income families migrate to DTT, reports NextvLatAm. The Costa Rican Social Assistance Mixed Institute (IMAS) will invest some USD 507.4 million to acquire set-top-boxes for 7,500 homes and a further USD 191 million to make sure the families can access the DTT system.
