Cote d'Ivoire telecoms revenue drops by 2% in Q2, could hit GDP

Friday 8 November 2019 | 09:25 CET | News
The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Cote D'Ivoire (ARTCI) says revenues generated by the sector in the second quarter of 2019 dropped by 2 percent to USD 373 million, ITWeb reported. Unless the situation improves, it could dent the contribution that telecoms make towards national GDP, which stood at 9 percent at the end of 2018 when the sector generated USD 920 million.
