Court bans misleading 'unlimited surfing' claims by Vodafone

The Regional Court of Duesseldorf has ruled that advertising for Vodafone Germany claiming 'Ideal for unlimited calls and surfing' is misleading. The Judges made the decision because the terms and condition exclude the use of P2P communications, so that customers cannot use neither Facebook nor Skype.
