Court dismisses EUR 1.16 mln fines on TIM, Wind Tre, Vodafone and Fastweb over 28-day bills

Thursday 22 November 2018 | 08:45 CET | News
Regional Administrative Court of Lazio, the main Italian administrative court of first instance, has cancelled heavy fines imposed last year on Telecom Italia (TIM), Vodafone, Fastweb and Wind Tre by communications regulator Agcom over their controversial billing practices. The operators were last year fined a total of EUR 1.16 million each for calculating invoices on the basis of a 28-day period and failing to provide sufficiently clear information about the new pricing practice.
