Court overturns Telekom Slovenije market abuse ruling

Telekom Slovenije said that Slovenia's Supreme Court has annulled the decision of the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency that the company abused its dominant position on the telecommunication retail market in the Itak Dzabest case. The court said the the agency's decision had been burdened by an incorrect application of the substantive law, significant procedural irregularities, and incomplete finding of facts.
