Court rejects T-2 motion against Telekom Slovenije

The Ljubljana District Court has rejected a motion by operator T-2 to reopen proceedings in a case on which it made a final ruling on 21 January 2013. In a lawsuit against Telekom Slovenije, T-2 had sought EUR 129.5 million damages with interest and other charges, but the court rejected the plaintiff's claim.
