Court rejects Telekom Slovenije appeal in dominance case

Friday 9 January 2015 | 10:49 CET | News
Slovenia's Administrative Court has rejected an appeal from Telekom Slovenije to overturn a decision of the competition protection agency (AVK) from 2013, reports Sta news agency. In its decision, the AVK found that the operator, from 1 December 2002 to 5 September 2005, abused its dominant position in the wholesale bitstream broadband access market via its copper network in Slovenia. For its part, Telekom Slovenije said it will examine the Court's judgment and on this basis decide on further action.
