Covage and Orange to invest in rural fibre network in Savoy department

A consortium formed by Covage and Orange has been selected to bring FTTP connectivity to 255,000 rural premises in Savoy. The French department chose the consortium over rival SFR following a call for expressions of commitment at local level, known as AMEL (Appels a Manifestation d'Engagements Locaux).
