Covage reinforces presence in Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region with acquisition of Fibrea

French infrastructure provider Covage announced the acquisition of a 67 percent stake in Fibrea from public utility company Sorea, which operates on a localised footprint in the French department of Savoy. Created in 2012, Fibrea has been deploying open-access fibre infrastructure across two rural valleys – Maurienne and Tarentaise.
