CRAN denies MTC claim of reluctance to release spectrum

Mobile operator MTC has claimed that the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) is reluctant to issue additional spectrum. CRA CEO Festus Mbandeka said that MTC did not address all the matters pertaining to its application for additional spectrum. CRAN received a licence application for more spectrum from MTC on 16 April 2015, he said, according to The Economist.
