Criteo grows revenue 68%, buys DataPop

French performance marketing technology company Criteo reported revenue up 68 percent to EUR 745 million in 2014, compared to EUR 444 million a year earlier. Revenue ex-TAC (traffic acquisition costs) increased by 70 percent to EUR 304 million, or 40.8 percent of revenue. Adjusted EBITDA grew by 154 percent to EUR 79 million and net profit reached EUR 35 million, compared with EUR 1 million in 2013. Criteo added a record over 600 clients in the fourth quarter to take the total to 7,190. The company also announced the acquisition of US company DataPop, described as specialising in connecting
