CrowdStrike files for Nasdaq IPO

Cybersecurity company CrowdStrike Holdings has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its shares on the Nasdaq market. The provider of cloud-delivered endpoint security is looking to raise additional capital to fund its growth. A price for the shares has yet to be set.
