Crown Fibre receives 15 bids for broadband scheme

New Zealand's Crown Fibre Holdings has received fifteen proposals for the government's Ultra-Fast Broadband initiative, reports New Zealand Press Agency. CFH, the state-owned company managing the NZD 1.5 billion-scheme, said proposals received cover all 33 candidate areas targeting 75 percent of New Zealand's population and some respondents have formed new consortia or indicated a willingness to do so.
