CRTC Internet Code to offer new customer rights to Canadians

Canada's telecommunications authority CRTC published a code of conduct for internet service providers (ISPs). To become effective on 31 January 2020, The code will provide Canadians with additional safeguards against unexpectedly high bills and help them resolve disputes with their ISPs.
