CSA applauds ERGA's work on updated media directive

French broadcast regulator CSA has applauded the work of the European Regulators Group for Audiovisual Media Services (Erga) in helping the European Commission draft a proposal for an updated media services directive. One of the proposal's key provisions is the establishment of a 20 percent statutory minimum for European titles in VoD catalogues. The directive will go the European Parliament and European Council for ratification.
