CSG releases CSG Detect SaaS platform

CSG launched CSG Detect, a software as a service (SaaS) platform aimed at detecting and notifying telecommunications companies real-time of potential fraud in their billing process. The platform provides fully integrated active and passive testing that enables fast, accurate and comprehensive detection of fraud, CSG said in a press release. Among the technologies used by the cloud-based platform are big data technology Hadoop as well as AI machine learning to analyse near real-time traffic.
