CTU addresses notice period and LTE-DVB-T interference

In its monthly monitoring report, the Czech regulator CTU announced its decision on a dispute with a local internet provider. CTU stated that even during a notice period, the contractual relationship remains unchanged, and an electronic communications provider is obliged to keep supplying the agreed services to the customer. Using the service during the notice period should not be considered a revocation of the consumer's notice of termination.
