CTU consults on wholesale regulations for CETIN

Czech regulator CTU started a one-month consultation on draft decisions designating Czech Telecommunications Infrastructure (CETIN) as a significant market power operator on the relevant markets 3a, 3b and 4 for wholesale fixed services.
