CTU evaluates contract conditions of MVNOs, MNOs

Czech regulator CTU's Council has discussed the evaluation of draft consumer contracts of providers of electronic communications services. The evaluation is also published in the form of the so-called consumer traffic light on the regulator's website. Besides repeated analysis of the contractual documentation of all three mobile network operators and one significant ISP, CTU evaluated the contract conditions of six MVNOs (two from each MNO), too.
