CTU publishes 2015 data retention statistics

In 2015, mobile operators provided operating and location data to authorised bodies in a total of 219,070 cases. In 2,826 cases, operators refused to supply the information. This comes from data gathered from operators and submitted electronically to regulator CTU. CTU passes the data on to the European Commission.
