CTU publishes monthly monitoring report

Czech regulator CTU has published its monthly monitoring report, with information about the MoQoS project, data consumption statistics, an overview of Christmas promotions from Czech operators, statistics on customer complaints, and the changes in fees charged for numbers and frequencies.
