CWC's Flow signs British Virgin Islands broadband charter

Wednesday 16 November 2016 | 11:20 CET | News
The Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (TRC) of the British Virgin Islands has signed a new fixed broadband service customer charter with Flow, the local subsidiary of Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC), setting out a number of targets for the operator to meet. Under the terms of the charter, which became effective on 15 November, customers can claim compensation and an alternative Mi-Fi device if they "experience no service or less than 50 percent of their sold speed due to a Flow network fault for more than two working days," said the TRC in a statement.
