CWT acquires WorldMate

Business travel management company Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) has acquired US-based developer of mobile travel technology WorldMate. This acquisition will enable business travellers to access a range of on-the-go services including airport parking, restaurant bookings, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and airline offers such as in-flight internet. WorldMate will operate as a subsidiary of CWT. It will work with CWT teams to enhance existing tools such as CWT To Go, a mobile application for travellers.
