Cybereason raises USD 200 mln from Softbank

US-based cyber-security company Cybereason announced a series of investments and commitments totaling USD 200 million by SoftBank and its affiliates. The new funds were raised with the aim to disrupt emergency preparedness plan (EPP) market. Total invested and committed capital to date for Cybereason is now approximately USD 400 million. Cybereason previously raised capital from CRV, Spark Capital and Lockheed Martin since its founding in 2012.
