Managers of the Swiss managed services provider Cyberlink have become the company's shareholders, too. Beside founder and CEO Beat Tinner, who owns shares via his company Aventura Holding, the members of the management board have extended the circle of shareholders.

Tinner founded Cyberlink in 1995 as an ISP start-up and it has grown to a managed services provider with 30 employees serving 1,500 business customers.
