Czech president signs controversial telecoms amendment

The Czech president has signed the amendment to the act on electronic communications, thus completing the legislative procedure for a controversial regulation which could hinder the interests of customers of every Czech operator. Operators are now only obliged to inform customers about a material change in their contractual conditions, and opportunities to withdraw from contracts are restricted, too.
