Czech watchdog to regulate wholesale mobile market

Czech regulator CTU will start regulating the wholesale mobile market. The designation of the wholesale market as suitable for ex ante regulation is expected to lead to better conditions for MVNOs leasing network capacity and ultimately improved tariffs for consumers from the increased competition.
