Daimler chooses Maincubes data centre in Frankfurt for IT hub

German carmaker Daimler has chosen the data centre of Maincubes in Frankfurt as a new hub to operate its IT services. Daimler is relocating its data centre from Stuttgart to Frankfurt, in proximity to the largest German internet exchange point. Maincubes will in this way provide internet to network vehicles and help further innovate mobility services. Fibre will guarantee direct access to telecom routes both nationally and internationally.
