Damavo acquires Swiss Avaya specialist Vodanet

UC provider Damovo announced the takeover of Swiss company Voice & Data Network, also known as Vodanet. In addition to the staff and expertise at Vodanet, the acquisition strengthens Damovo's position in the Avaya market, offering room for further expansion in Europe. The deal will triple its operations on the Swiss market and see it offer the full range of Avaya products, including cloud services. No financial details of the takeover were disclosed.
